Our take, from the rated issues
Kraftful earned the eighth slot in Issue 002 for attacking the messiest input in product management: the anecdote pile. App-store reviews, support tickets, survey responses — the feedback exists, but it arrives as a heap no PM has time to tag. Kraftful's AI digests it into a ranked list of what users actually ask for, with the volume attached.
That ranking is the whole point. Most prioritization debates are won by whoever told the most recent customer story, and Kraftful replaces story with story-plus-count: the request, the verbatim quotes behind it, and how often it appears. In our testing it compressed what would have been a week of spreadsheet tagging into an afternoon of reading. It pairs naturally with Intercom Fin, ranked second — Fin tells you where the product confused people, Kraftful tells you what they are asking for next.
The caveat is that synthesis is not judgment. The tool ranks demand faithfully, including demand you should decline, so the PM still owns the strategy filter between the list and the roadmap. And like every feedback tool, it can only read the channels you connect — silence from churned users stays silent. Within those limits it is the fastest path we rated from raw feedback to a defensible priority list.
